3. User Accounts and Registration

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which RegionFit is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Severability
